If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were delivered in the last 15 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods are unused and in the same condition you received

Your Return and Refund Rights

As per our policy you are entitled to request a return or refund of Your Order within 30 days if:

• Received a damaged product
• Received the wrong size/color/variant
• Received a incomplete order or didn’t received at all

We do not accept refund if:

• You did not received order due to factors in your control(for eg. entered wrong shipping address)
• You didn’t received order due to any factor outside of our control(for eg. natural calamity, delayed by your country’s customs)
• You mistakenly ordered wrong size/color/variant.
• You don’t want it anymore.

Refund Process

To start a return contact us at contact@subsetwear.com with your reason of return and image or video as proof if you have received damaged or wrong product.

If your refund is approved we will either send your refund in original payment method or send you a new product (Depends on your choice) and for return items we will send you shipping address of our fulfilment center, once we will receive it we will issue your refund.

Cancellation

You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting us on contact@subsetwear.com
